I imagine if you are here, you are looking for someone to work with you through a challenging time in your life, whether it is a new issue or something that has been going on for a while now. Choosing the right therapist for you is an important part of your healing journey and I hope that you find what you are looking for. We all struggle with challenges in life from time to time. By showing up here, you are in the beginning phases of realizing that something isn’t quite right, which is a great place to start your healing journey.

 

I specialize in maternal mental health and work with women and families who are navigating through the transitions into pregnancy, motherhood and a growing family. Whether you are a first-time parent, are struggling to become pregnant, have lost a child or are a parent of multiples, these experiences can be difficult, especially when our expectations differ from our reality. With collaboration, self-awareness and willingness, we can create sustainable change.

 

I hold a certification in perinatal mental health from Postpartum Support International and work to continue my education staying up to date with the most current, evidenced based information via conferences, education seminars and professional consultation.
